JOZEF G. MAGYAR, Esq.

Mr. Magyar is a graduate of Loyola School of Law in Los Angeles and a member of the California State Bar Association. He received his undergraduate from the California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Political Science. He enjoys transactional legal problems and among other areas assists clients in obtaining mortgage broker licenses throughout the United States. In doing so clients are advised in the benefits of corporate formation and obtaining the license as a corporate entity for better legal protection. Mr. Magyar represents our clients in hearings and other matters involving the California Department of Real Estate and other licensing agencies. By pre-auditing the clients before they are audited by a government agency he advises the clients on potential compliance issues and how to correct them.

ANDREW BAO, Esq.

Mr. Bao is a graduate of Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco and a member of the California State Bar Association and the Nevada State Bar Association. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, San Diego He has previously served as a law clerk in several firms since 2002 having gained experience in bankruptcy litigation, law and motion as well as drafting legal articles for publication. Like Mr. Magyar, he enjoys solving transactional and licensing issues. He advises clients on the benefits of corporate formation and obtaining the license as a corporate entity for better legal protection. Mr. Bao is conversant in Mandarin Chinese has been interested in real estate for some time and in his spare time enjoys playing golf.
