JOZEF G. MAGYAR, Esq.

Mr. Magyar is a graduate of Loyola School of Law in Los Angeles and a member of the California State Bar Association. He received his undergraduate from the California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Political Science. He enjoys transactional legal problems and among other areas assists clients in mortgage and foreclosure problems, bankruptcy, lender buy-back issues and defense litigation when brokers are sued.. In doing so clients are advised of the pros and cons of mortgage loan modifications, foreclosures, deeds in lieu of foreclosures, bankruptcy issues and in the benefits of corporate formation and obtaining the license as a corporate entity for better legal protection. Mr. Magyar represents our clients in hearings and other matters involving mortgage lenders, the California Department of Real Estate, United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and other agencies. He advises homeowner associations on the rights to pursue liens against members of the associations as necessary, wage claim issues of employees and pre-auditing clients before they are audited by a government agency for potential compliance issues and how to correct them.

ADAM ROEHRICK, Esq.

Mr. Roehrick is a graduate of SouthWestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California and a member of the California State Bar Associations. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science with Distinction from the University of Missouri-Columbia having twice made the Dean's List as well as receiving a Scholars Award. He is experienced in discovery and law and motion practice which is quite extensive in litigation. He is now working on our employment law and workers' compensation defense cases as well as mortgage and escrow issues. He is a black belt in karate and enjoys the courtroom.
