    This is the FTC legal requirement that became effective May 23, 2003.  You are required as brokers, lenders, appraisers or title companies to have the manual that is distributed at the seminar we discuss how to use it to stay out of trouble.  Penalty for not having one can be as high as $100,000.

  2. HOW TO SURVIVE A HUD AUDIT WITHOUT A LAWYER:
