  1. SAFEGUARD PRIVACY - SECURITY MANUAL COMPLIANCE TO AVOID FTC PENALTY OF UP TO $100,000
    This is the FTC legal requirement that became effective May 23, 2003.  You are required as brokers, lenders, appraisers or title companies to have the manual that is distributed at the seminar we discuss how to use it to stay out of trouble.  Penalty for not having one can be as high as $100,000.

  2. HOW TO SURVIVE A HUD AUDIT WITHOUT A LAWYER:
    Learn what HUD auditors are looking for, and how to prevent being hit with possible HUD "administrative sanctions" (discipline) or "civil money penalties" (fines).  Learn about the recent raft of indictments (there are more coming down all the time) and the newest HUD initiative at the F.B.I. sparking even more investigations and prosecutions of brokers just like you!

  3. TILA-RESPA UPDATES:  Including, the pending Predatory Lending bills changing TILA, and the changes made by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Federal Reserve Board pending before the State of California and before the Congress of the United States.
